The Colorado Timberking Corp., was established by Eric and Teresa Greene in 2016 in Peyton, Colorado.  Eric grew up in Bailey , CO where his father Gary was a builder and master carpenter.  Gary purchased timbers for home building from Eos Saw Mill near Bailey.  Eric was always fascinated with the sawmill and enjoyed going there as a child with his father.  Upon graduating High School, Eric served in the USAF which enabled him to obtain a business degree in finance from The University of Colorado. Eric along with his wife of 38 years, Teresa, established Greeneco Hardwoods, Inc. in October of 1993. Greeneco was the  first wholesale hardwood flooring company in Southern Colorado located in Colorado Springs.  Over the years Greeneco expanded into the residential building market as a licensed contractor offering hardwood flooring services, new home construction, Timber framing, additions, remodeling kitchens, baths and basement finishes. Adding the Timberking sawmill, planer, 4 head moulder and sander to the business line in 2016 has allowed us to expand further into producing posts, beams, T&G products, trim, rustic mantles, live edge slabs and rough sawn lumber.

The success of Greeneco and The Colorado Timberking would not be possible without the never ending help and encouragement from my wife Teresa, my adult children Andrew, James, Daniel and Jessica, my parents Gary and Beverly Greene, and my sister April Carlin and her family.  We thank our many employees, subcontractors and friends who have greatly contributed to our mutual success.
